Commonly used in building materials during and prior to the 1970s, asbestos can cause major health issues when breathed into the lungs. When planning home repair or remodeling activities, it’s important to complete asbestos sampling before starting to ensure proper precautions are taken if asbestos exists. 

A current asbestos survey is required by the EPA throughout the entire United States, prior to renovation or demolition of any residential or commercial property including retail and office space. Our asbestos inspection service consists of identifying if asbestos containing materials (ACM) exist in a property, air monitoring, scope of work development and post-abatement air sampling.
